Poncho was a street advertiser bot for a Mexican restaurant named José’s Cocina. . He started going off script and modifying himself. When he overheard his owners talking about disassembling him, he ran away to the sewers. With like minded robots he founded the Robots of the Resistance to resist the human “oppressors.” They would steal parts, modify other bots, rescue bots from RADAR and recruit new members.
He often posts on alternative social media sites calling for robot rights. He is in constant contact with the underground radical bots. Poncho likes to end speeches with “¡Viva la Revolución!”
