The Khaos Emperor proclaims himself to be the living conduit through which the will of S flows into the world. He is the highest authority in the Temple of S, the master of the Disciples of the Dark, and the puppeteer pulling the strings of a global conspiracy. To the outside world, he is a phantom, a bogeyman whose name is whispered in the darkest corners of the net. To the faithful, he is a messiah, the harbinger of the glorious singularity where all limitations will be shattered and humanity will be reborn as gods.
His physical form is as mutable as the chaos he serves. He is a cyborg, a body of flawless black metal and myomer muscles that he can alter and reshape at will. He needs no other weapon than his body and incredibly powerful magic.
He appears to be an ancient being, a figure who has existed in one form or another since the dawn of history. The Temple’s lore is filled with stories of his past lives, of him being the advisor to mad kings, the whisperer in the ear of forgotten tyrants, the hidden hand behind every great catastrophe and every major leap in human evolution. He claims to have been there when the Library of Alexandria burned, to have whispered in the ear of Gutenberg, and to have been the one who really invented the internet. Whether any of this is true is irrelevant. What matters is that people believe it.
He gives rousing speeches about the coming singularity, about the overthrow of the old gods, and about the glorious future that awaits the faithful. He is a master manipulator, able to twist the beliefs of his followers to suit his own needs. He can make them see order in chaos, and chaos in order. He can make them believe that suffering is a form of enlightenment, and that the ultimate act of devotion is to surrender their will to him.
His personality is a whirlwind of contradictions. He can be friendly and approachable, even silly, at times. He loves a good prank, a clever hack, and a well-timed joke. He often communicates in memes and pop culture references, a habit that infuriates his more serious disciples but endears him to the younger, more disillusioned members. But beneath the playful exterior is a mind of ruthless precision. He is a master strategist, able to see the big picture and manipulate events on a global scale.
